movsar failed almost every takedown against a guy whose country has zero wrestlers in the olympics, he won becuase the judges value grabbing the back more than striking
Striking you say? Which guy was doing the chicken dance?

I mean, he definitely won, but he wasn't very entertaining or aggressive.
Why did he definitely win? Why is getting a takedown for 10 seconds and doing nothing better than actually hitting your opponent?

Feels like MAB's style changes every fight.
Slow starter with cardio?
Athletic power puncher?
High volume for 3 rounds?
Who knows what we get... The fun part is Chris Curtis isn't too well rounded but when you enter the pocket he becomes one of the most dangerous MW strikers on the planet. Dudes like a stocky Diaz, talk shit until you get into range and just smash you after.

Remember when Frankie developed that outstanding standup of his? I've never seen anything like it. He came in as a great wrestler and then learned that herky jerky remarkably effective style seemed like overnight. I watched his entire UFC career and I loved it.

Imagine walking to the cage and someone pours a gallon of turanibol over you.

Those Maynard fights still give me chills
