Allen’s clean striking > movsars half takedowns and standing body lock

Turned him into Freddy Krueger and dropped him in round 2 but yeah sure Allen had the clean striking. Round 1 striking it was 50/50, Movsar took him down 3 times though, easy 10-9 Evloev round. Round 3 the clean striking guy hit 4 illegal shots and compromised his opponents, he should have had points deducted if not immediately disqualified for this bullshit.
