UFC 295 Still Not Sold Out at MSG

For comparison, you can get much better seats in section 8 (lol) for UFC 296 in Vegas.
I'm pretty sure it has to do with it being MSG and NYC. My friend who runs a nightclub in Manhattan is making ~$120k/year in NYC, but due to the cost of living, he lives like someone who makes ~$40k in Las Vegas.
NYC is a truly despicable cesspit, which is why everyone that has money is moving. That might be another reason the sales are low.
