UFC 295 Still Not Sold Out at MSG

OK, but my understanding is that decent seats start around $2000. So 600 for nosebleeds is worse than it sounds- seats are a total rip and I will likely never go again. I hope people stop attending so they will go down.

I would pay 200-300 for decent UFC tickets, which prices me out big time.

It looks like it is torrents and streams, err... PPV buys for me for good.

They probably make more this way and not selling out.

Dana and squad certainly have a top notch data and analytics team, all of their business decisions are data driven - revenue.

Combination of weak card, ridiculous ticket prices, and a good old fashioned recession. Is it too early to call it a recession? If so, I guess I’ll blame inflation.

nosebleed customers in NYC are living hand to mouth, check to check, $600 for a bum ass card is a tough sell.

3 weeks until the event and half of the tickets are still not sold for the event.

In blue still available seats. Looks like half of the arena.

What is the reason for it?

1. Is Stipe not a big draw?

or

2. Ticket prices are insane? Cheapest nosebleeds tickets are starting at 600$.

Ummm, maybe because the main event is less than desirable?

Just a thought.

Is this normal? I rarely look at ticket inventory. Last year I wanted to attend one of my favorite music bands but they sold out rather quickly. It's a moderately successful band. The tickets I was looking to buy was around 600 bucks too

That's what I was looking for. 200-300$ range in the 200's section range at least. But 700$ with fees for nosebleeds it's insane. I hope it doesn't sold out.

Even casuals know that Jones should be fighting Pav who is on a win streak rather than Stipe who is coming off a KO loss

Fake title fight as far as the casuals are concerned and UFC are trying to charge a fortune to watch

I think a lot of people consider Jones’ HW stint to be a scam on the fans and a dull one at that.

Seems like Covington would’ve helped Jones out

For UFC 281 at MSG (Izzy vs Pereira) you could get good seats for 500$. Tickets for Jones vs Miocic are 2.5-3 times more expensive for similar seating sections.

How the fuck are ticket prices that high for the 400 level? That's some massive bullshit, you're essentially paying to watch it on a screen without commentary and add in drunken losers.

A lot of dumb people live in NYC who have the money. I'm surprised those idiots didn't buy out all the tickets yet for UFC 295.

The prices of live events are outrageous at this point. I just looked up a concert for my kid and the cheapest seats were $100s of dollars. And this was direct. Not a 3rd party site. People are insane and more proof I live in a bizarro world. My youngest daughter wanted tickets to go watch a Taylor swift concert at a movie theatre. Uh, hell no. There’s plenty of TikToks of your girl performing. Go watch those for free. Well go watch those for whatever they spy on my phone and take for free.
