Yes. Please.Maia +120
Yes. Please.Maia +120
I'm still holding out in case you guys are right about the tout. Hoping for +140 lol
I feel like I'm missing something...can someone ELI5 this conversation please?Never bet reversed lines unless you want to get banned.
Sometimes bookies make mistakes when posting the lines. Essentially these are typos. In many cases these mistakes are obvious to us the bettors. Bookies generally dont look kindly on customers trying to exploit their mistakes. You could get banned for hammering a mistake line.I feel like I'm missing something...can someone ELI5 this conversation please?
exactly this...I'm enjoying following the convo but you better believe I'm going big on Frankie to win, one of my most confident picks for this card.I think people are making too many assumptions about Frankie (how he SHOULD be declining etc). I see a great opportunity to take advantage of the Yair hype if this becomes close to a pick em.
ok got it, thanks...I've never noticed that happening.Sometimes bookies make mistakes when posting the lines. Essentially these are typos. In many cases these mistakes are obvious to us the bettors. luca must have hit masvidal
Yes he did
He bet -500 favourites almost exclusively so they didn't have far to move. Now he's playing dogs there's a lot more liability to the books?really wonder why we haven't seen big line shifts before if he has such a large following

It's not a "death touch", it's just that he's playing chess on the ground while everyone else is playing checkers.
Any decent grappler (and I'd consider Mas a decent grappler anyway) can "survive" Maia on the mat. He doesn't knife through people's guards with brutal gnp that makes them open up. What he does is take an inch at a time every time guys adjust or attempt any sort of offense. And if you do what Condit did and try to get back to your feet, he's a step ahead of you and your back is taken.
So yes, Mas can survive on the mat with Maia. He will essentially have to do what Brown did for 2 rounds and play 100% defense and ONLY be concerned with not getting passed. If you are willing to just give rounds away to Maia you can avoid being subbed. In a 3 round fight just conceding a round is a big deal, and conceding 2 rounds is digging a giant hole.
That said I'm play Mas KO prop as I think he'll have at least a decent chance of doing what Whittaker did to Jacare. Maia is 38, and his standup is zero threat at all.
And Stephens last fight was a loss to an unranked brazillian. He almost finished frankie so that's not a good argument for frankie imoWhy you guys for Yair?
Frankie faced better competition, has better Wrestling and better boxing.
Frankie's last fight was against Jeremy Stephens and before that he went 5 rounds with Aldo.
Who was Yair last opponent?
A washed up BJ Penn, who was coming off a long layoff
BJ didn't evolved, was older and coming off layoff.
Yair is bigger but Frankie has fought at Lightweight and was the champ there.
Frankie went 5 rounds with Aldo, who has much better striking and Yair.
My prediction: over 2.5 or Frankie by decision.
I do it for youAnd here we are, able to see the line movement (and bet accordingly) without listening to LF podcasts or checking his twitter!![]()
