Crossing my fingers hoping Hurricane Matthew in the Caribbean stays off shore and misses South Florida so I don't end up missing all the fights this weekend, among other reasons.

Good move. Unless God and Jesus are in the building to watch their boy Vitor and accidentally cast a miracle upon Stasiak, this should be an easy W
Or if Stasiak has been taking some dancing classes we don't know about #DancingWithTheStars <28>

watched some tape on stasiak, not impressed. i remember not being impressed by davey grant either but i guess i'll check him out.

i haven't watched any tape so just going on memory. but didn't jimmie rivera box alcantara's face off? could pickett do something similar? alcantara very legit on the ground but i never remember him having great striking.

Rivera pressured Alcantara and threatened takedowns, which I'm not sure Pickett can do. A big part of Rivera's win was his ability to use lateral movement while advancing to defuse Alcantara's linear kicks, which I don't think Pickett has ever really shown. Rivera's body-head combinations gave Alcantara trouble, but he also did a great job feinting his way in to throw off Iuri's timing. Pickett works the body well but his entries are pretty predictable and he swings wide for the body rather than the tight 2-3 combos Rivera was throwing. I could easily see him getting knocked out with a knee while ducking in for a body shot.

With all the back & forth debate in the last 48 hours I don't know whether to take this seriously or chuckle at the obvious sarcasm without referring back in the thread to figure it out!

I'm being deadly serious. If I was trolling I'd be saying Hendo actually has a 33% chance of winning like the odds suggest

at -165 I don't see how Sham and I are apparently the only ones who find value in Struve. I thought their was value when he was close to -200. Danny O literally does nothing better than him, hes in on short notice, Struve has had I believe a year now with Blackzilians. If you don't like what you see out of Struve, you can livebet out after round 1. What are the actual chances Danny O KOs him in round one or completely dominates him to a point hes favored after the first?

I just jumped on board. had to watch a little more tape on daniel. he really is terrible, and as bad as struve has looked, he has not looked this bad. I think I will kick myself for not betting more on him after the fight, but after santos and smolka i am going a bit smaller for the next few events.

Anyone who thinks a fighter has no chance of winning and greatly exaggerates the impossibility of them winning is a fool. They clearly should be ignored if they think no one has a chance in MMA.

Moments of genius could turna fight around in an instant. Hall went from being dominated in a 10-8 fashion in the first round, to pulling of some Tekken shit on Mousasi who has one of the best chins in MMA.

Even that is nothing compared to major upsets that have happened before.

I was said fool when i thought there was no way conor could come back and beat diaz in the rematch. I think i have learned from it so it may end up saving me money in the long run.

Why are you making shit up? Please quote where I said Hendo has NO chance

All I've said is saying Hendo has a 33% chance to win this fight at this stage of his career is silly and Bisping @ -200 is fantastic value and why. I've not said it's a lock or anything like that so stop saying I have.

I don't think Hendo has a 33% chance of winning, but I don't think it's as small as some people think. Maybe 20% if I had to guesstimate. My main problem now that I started betting on Bisping via props is that outside of betting I would like to see Hendo win, not because 'Murica, but just because it would be a cool as hell way to end his career with a UFC belt.

By the way, on UFC Tonight this evening Michael Bisping made a very specific prediction that he was going to KO Hendo in round 3 after feeling him out in round 1 and putting pressure on him in round 2. He even summarized something along the lines of, "If you're a betting man, it'll be a round 3 KO". I like when fighters make very specific predictions, so I put $50.00 on that at +700 now.

If you think the percentages are off that much why not bet on Bisping straight? You're missing out on good value.

And that's interesting. ICYMI Purillo said it will be a left head kick KO too.

In the Bisping documentary the UFC released, Purillo said they knew it would be a left hook to KO Rockhold and in the 2 weeks Bisping had to prepare they drilled it hundreds of times, so I trust what he says.

I've been looking at the line movement first, Bisping -215 is pretty good now. Bisping -5½ points at -170 is even more tempting.

Chill dude, your so aggressive. I cant be asked to go back and search for whoever said Hendo and Vitor have no chance but its there. If you didnt say it, then it was directed towards you. Its also a general statement.

Seriously relax.
Yeah but no one actually said that though. We've all just said the chances are low at this stage of their careers.

I swear some people on this forum are just ridiculous. They just love making shit up and putting words in my mouth.
You should put all of this energy into studying and creating a good DraftKings team for UFC 204.

For the record... and not getting into the discussion big time Im fairly big on Bisping. At -200ish I think he is a good bet.

Big fan of Mousasi but Vitor is getting underrated lately. He has looked like horseshit against Jacare but was doing great against Weidman until the fight touched the floor.
Mousasi said that he was going to fight "stand up" against Vitor and that is just idiotic. He should go for the TD inmediately. If he puts Vitor on his back fight is over.

Alright, I talked myself into 1.70 units at -170 to win 1 unit on Bisping -5½ points and 2.15 units at -215 to win 1 unit on Bisping ML.
