Im pretty sure Rizing would do all those things, they're so desperate for fighters. UFC, nope. They like to lock-in fighters and rarely do one fight deals.

I think his suspension ends in July but he'd still have to get licensed again. It's probably too soon for 200 but I'm sure UFC could pull some strings. I can't really think of anyone mindblowing for him to fight though.

I guess Anderson Silva would get a lot of attention.
