I've been enjoying Family Mattters reruns. Carl is still the GOAT sitcom dad. Loved this as a kid but man, has any show ever flown off the rails like this one? It went from a pretty standard wholesome family sitcom to a creepy sci-fi love square with Steve, Stefan, Myra and Laura lol.

Anyone catch The Lowdown with Ethan Hawke?

I thought the first two episodes were pretty good. The story seemed interesting, characters weren't too bad.

I’d say first five seasons or so are pretty damn good. Funny, well-acted, grounded. Even the first time they break out that Nutty Professor gimmick, it’s not too bad. But yeah when it became absolutely ludicrous and Stefan became a distinct character…

Yet, jarringly, even late in the series you’d get some good stuff with Harriet or Eddie and Carl.

RIP Myra, had a huge crush on her

Warrior 8.5/10
Jonathan Tropper, who's one of Banshee's creator, is the showrunner. The series is based loosely on a Bruce Lee idea centered around a Chinese martial artist navigating the Old West.

I love the show. It's violent and the fight scenes are way better than Banshee's. Andrew Koji is solid and so is the rest of the cast.

Andrew+Koji

Just watched The Pitt, one of the best medical dramas I've ever seen.

The season had an epic climax but lost me a bit in the denouement.

The season was like 24, every episode was an hour for an emergency room, and they didn't have to do logistically insane things to make it work (like Bauer dying three times in a day).

Trailer isn't great but the show sure as hell was.

@fingercuffs this might be too graphic for you but it was really, really good.

What makes you think it was too graphic for me? I loved it. I don't really dig medical dramas but loved him in ER and loved Pope from Animal Kingdom so figured it being HBO why not? And it deserved he and Pope winning their Emmys.

Looking forward to January to start the ride again. You know Bryan Cranston's daughter the nerdy looking chick in it, right?

Finished up S1 of Alien Earth. I REALLY wanted this to be great, but it's just......OK. The production value is there, but I'm just not a big fan of adding new species to the franchise and the whole "They're kids" thing is kind of dumb.

Watching spartacus

Suprised how good wring is for this type of show
