Not quite sure if I feel satisfied by Yellowjackets S2 finale. Weird that it's one fewer episode than S1. Did they say if there will be a S3? Young Natalie is not ugly. Neither is young Lottie. Older Taissa is not bad.

They greenlit season 3 before the second season even aired. And when the writers strike started they had just begun writing season 3, one of the writers tweeted that they spent exactly one day in the writing room when the strike occurred. So who knows how long that will be and when production will start on season 3

And yep, season finale was underwhelming
Sophie Thatcher is cute, saw her in an interview the other day promoting her movie The Boogeyman and she really does sound like Juliette Lewis, great casting for that role

I’ve actually started to find older Lottie pretty fine for an older lady. lol!

I still enjoyed this season overall. It played better binged versus week to week. I think Christina Ricci has done an excellent job with Misty. I could totally see her getting an Emmy nomination for that role. She completely owns the role. Elijah Wood was also great as Walter and is the perfect counterpart to Misty. I’d watch a show with just them two out solving mysteries!

I was surprised with the ending this season. I didn’t expect Natalie to die, but I guess she’s been trying to do just that since last season. However the plot by Walter with taking care of the investigation and Kevin was good. He’s just as crazy as Misty, and I love that.

I don't feel satisfied. I didn't even realize it was the season finale. The pacing is horrible.
 
BARRY series finale

Wasn't totally satisfying but it's par for the series as things in the show did not always where you wanted them to go. Did not hate the ending. It was okay and morbidly funny amusing, especially Gene's fate.
 


This is so stupid its probably true.

The MCU has introduced time travel & multi-universes.... might as well bring in Satan as an antagonist for a Disney+ series starring a character no one cares about.

Season 1 was really good, season 2 felt like the writers didn’t really know how to progress the story cohesively, and the cannibalism really took a lot of the light and not for the better. It had some good moments but one of the weaker second seasons I’ve ever seen from a show coming off of a high first season. Not nearly bad enough to stop watching but the finale was just a disaster.

Late to the party, just started succession.

Almost everyone in this show sucks, like white lotus' first season.
The dialogue writing is amazing.
Terrific acting.
Logan is way cooler than his kids.
Tom is a piece of shit but is entertaining.
Greg the egg is fun.
Culkin is fun, piece of shit but fun character.
The kids are so hilariously shitty they are almost endearing.
Can't stand shiv.

Fun show to watch even though I don't like most characters in it

Pretty much spot on. There will be more of that.
And Tom is great
 
In the middle of watching SUCCESSION season 2 and I am now loving the show.

Yes, the main characters are still douchebags but I have grown to like them. The writing on the show is just brilliant and very funny.
 
Just finished Beef it’s on Netflix. Thought it was really great. Acting is great. Was really surprised that Ali Wong’s chops. David Choe stole whatever scenes he was in. Very interesting plot and excellent soundtrack. 8/10 imo.

Going to start Succession next

I have yet to watch the series finale but I felt season 3 and 4 the quality of the writing dropped off. Felt the show overstayed its welcome. The acting performances were still great but season 2 is one of the better seasons of television I’ve seen.
 
I just finished Citadel on Amazon. It is a rather short 6 episode but action packed series on Amazon. It was renewed for a second season, but like many streaming services, the time between seasons can be an eternity.
