I can't fucking wait!

I was getting antsy, and deciding to read the books. I read everything, including the Churn Novella (great Amos backstory), up until book 5. I was few chapters into book 5, where season 5 starts, and stopped. I find the show far better, and would rather watch first, then read later. I've never done that, or felt the desire to, with an adaption before.

I'm so glad they merged characters to give us Drummer, she's brilliant, love the actress!

I did, yes. I watch anything I can get my hands on with him in it. I'm trying to find "Des" at the moment without torrenting. He's brilliant.

Fuck yes, dailymotion has it again! I was kicking myself for not watching it immediately because it disappeared the day after.
Ahhhh that's made my Friday morning even more Friday!

Did you watch Public Enemies? Going back a few years now but he was so damned good. And I did a good squirm when I knew he was going to be in Line of Duty. I LOVE Line of Duty.

nope didn't catch either of those, I don't watch a huge amount of TV any more, if I have time I prefer to stick on an old movie.
Me and Mrs only get a couple of hours together each night at best, so we can squeeze one episode of something in. Then one night is bath night etc etc, we watch like 2 episodes of something a week these days!

We're rewatching Dexter at the moment

That's sweet. We spend most of our time watching cooking shows/competitions and sport. I have my Eastenders/Emmerdale/Corrie fixes in my lunch on my ipad at work.

Ewan McGreggor and Charlie Boorman are doing another motorbike tour thing with Long Way Up on Fridays now though, which is always brilliant. Oh, my exciting Friday nights!!

Shit I forgot it's Friday, bonus!

I'll be asleep in my whisky by 7.45, it's the one night of the week Mrs stays awake longer than me!

Haha, before I went back to work and there was no weekend sport I had to check my phone to see what day of the week it was. We stream or onDemand pretty much everything so every day felt the same.

I'll get on the last episode of The Boys and Ewan and Charlie tonight and start on Des.

Did you watch Life on Mars and Ashes to Ashes?

Life On Mars was good but I never got to watch Ashes. They did a US remake of Life On Mars with Harvey Keitel & an Irish dude which was really good as well

I loved LoM so much and am a John SIMM fan as much as I am Daniel Mays so I couldn’t get on with the US version. Gene Hunt is flippin brilliant so if you do have a spare time to watch something give it a go. He’s even better in that than he was LoM. And he reintroduced me to the word pranny.

Lol, my husband's friends with someone (Eric Broadbent) who does a "Inside The Gilliverse" Breaking Bad/ Better Call Saul podcast with Tom one of the writers. Husband's been involved launching it a few weeks ago. Crazy 8 from Breaking Bad is on at the moment and my question was the first to be asked via him, lol. I just wanted to know crusts on or crusts off. And crusts off.

Half way through second episode of Des. I know I'm affected being I love Mays and am homesick a bit but I really like it. And my favorourite Dr Who is brill in it too.
