I don’t think so though. There really is no constitutional or legal role for the Executive Branch in the voting or certifying of electors at all. Trump might believe in his heart of hearts that he won, but if he’s pressuring legislators to “find” votes long after vote counting has stopped, or engaging in a multi-state scheme to submit his own electors and not the ones the state certified, then he’s breaking the law.
I think he’s in deep shit in GA, particularly with the likely demographics of a Fulton County jury. I also don’t feel particularly confident that he’ll succeed in getting the case moved to federal court, but it’s possible I guess.

I agree with you though that the documents case is really, really bad for him. The only one of the 4 indictments that didn’t really impress me was Bragg’s in NY.
