Former UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez has been released on parole from California state prison.

He infact did shoot the one and he wasn't involved. The child toucher deserves to die.

But first, he definitely deserves his day in court. This is America, for now at least. And I can't just hop on board with everyone rooting for his death when they're just assuming he definitely did what he's being accused of.

The guy was chased by Cain as he had left the courthouse after appearing and accepting an ankle monitor. He's literally had no chance to defend himself publicly as a result of Cains failed attempt on his life.

If he's guilty, bury him under the prison. If he didnt do this heinous shit, that should actually matter more than your Cain love

Far too many people blindly follow and make assumptions based on personal feelings for other ppl rather than fact checking or having cognitive thoughts of their own.

Hopefully this upcoming trial will resolve if Paul Bender was living at the residence, which was also the daycare center where the allege abuse took place. Both Cain & the Mother/Step Father of the accused have ongoing civil suits. Right now we only know that the accused was allowed to remain free, while on house arrest, & Paul Bender was driving him home. Most married men live with their spouses, so let’s let it play out …

As far as the 6th Amendment, I don’t remember too many people accused of such heinous crimes getting such grace, but I like it. I always thought all this victim blaming, believe the accusers, contradicts our justice system.

Cain had no prior criminal history, whatsoever, and I’m very curious as to how removed from this Paul Bender truly was. Remember that Joe Paterno saw his legacy destroyed for failing to see red flags; but let’s see if Paul Bender was blinded to red flags & was just driving his stepson home after a court hearing.
