Law Trumps home raided

Bleach or disinfectant is irrelevant as you well know.
It was a question (to Dr Birx). Not a suggestion. You even put the question mark in the quote.
So no, I will no retract anything.
If you're going to call balls and strikes you should call it straight. Particularly as a mod

No, it's not irrelevant.

"I see the disinfectant that knocks it out in a minute, one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside or almost a cleaning? As you see, it gets in the lungs, it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it would be interesting to check that."

Trump suggests 'injection' of disinfectant to beat coronavirus and 'clean' the lungs (nbcnews.com)

I directly quoted then President Trump and you called me a liar for it. You tried to score some brownie points, got caught, and now don't have the minerals to admit you were wrong. You have shown the content of your character to the forum.

Have a nice day.

Attacking our democracy means the Feds will be involved investigating. It might have been less damage but it was more critical.
Wait

Are mofos comparing damage to Starbucks and liquor stores amidst national protests to insurrectionist attacking the legislative branch of democracy; at the behest of an ex president?

Seriously????

There is no way anyone can be that stupid.

There are people in the USA that traded their country for a red hat. I'm not calling anyone stupid, but I'll say some people are more than willing to become cultists.

They really are going with trump can do whatever he wants defense

Now that got me to chuckle. Quoting Nixon to define acceptable presidential behavior.

They have to be trolling their viewers, right? Like some writer is laughing saying to himself "Can you imagine when they start quoting Nixon to their friends?"

Completely agree.

Unlike politicians, the people at Starbucks and liquor stores actually work for a living;)

What did I call you a liar on:

Bleach/disinfectant?
Or
Suggestion/question?

The fact you are having to deliberately misinterpret my point is hilarious.

As my post history will show, I am more than happy to admit I'm wrong on any subject.

Can you say the same?

Your direct post'

"Except he didn't suggest injecting bleach.
He asked a stupid question and got the appropriate response from a clearly amused dr birx.
It's possible to criticize the stupidity of the question and the person asking it without lying about what they said.
As a mod, you should know better."

We're done here and we're going to stop derailing the thread now.

Well, I don't know about that, a National IQ Registry might be a good idea.

How do you know what the status of a police investigation is? Do you have access or information that I don't have?

You don't think police departments are investigating rioters who attacked courthouses and destroyed property if they have the resources?

You're asking the same questions I am.

I didn't say cops aren't held accountable. I said that people protesting a miscarriage of justice are different from people trying to overthrow the government.

Again, why do they need to be the same? Were laws not broken in both instances?

I addressed the dropped charges thing months ago., maybe you didn't see it. But I'll bite -- you tell me: What percentage of the people looting stores were held accountable? and don't give me "dropped charges", mass arrests are normal crowd control tactics with protests and riots. Give me the looters numbers.

No, I will give you the dropped charges, because hundreds of those rioters arrested had their charges dropped. That's not accountability.

And no one ignored what violent protesters did but if you think that's "treason" then you don't know what treason is or you are intentionally conflating the two. Again, I'll bite -- what BLM event was "treason"?

Yes, many ignored it and even justified it. A "racial reckoning" they called it. Looting and burning down buildings wasseen as an acceptable for of protesting because "They got insurance!" As far as treason, what else would you consider CHAZ and CHOP? Would you downplay it as just a couple kids grouping together in an area for a few days? Will you ignore that it was declared an autonomous zone, walled in by fences and barricades, and that anybody living in it was subject to the laws that it created? Will you ignore the violence and threats people experienced in there?

Very tired of this false narrative about BLM rioters "getting away with it." Literally thousands of protestors were arrested and charged. Literally NOBODY who was caught on camera destroying property was allowed to go without punishment.

Also tired of the false equivalency of breaking into a gas station or a taco bell vs. breaking into congress.

And a shitload of those charges were dropped. You can be tired of the comparisons, but it doesn't help when you downplay the destruction BLM wreaked on major cities. Chicago didn't put up ALL of it's bridges to protect the downtown area just because one gas station was burned down.

It's not the police's fault if the DA can't find enough evidence to take a case to trial. They have limited resources (time and money) to pursue criminal charges against criminal behavior.
