No matter how desperately you guys grasp at straws to make this your get out of jail free card for all sorts of covfefe, it's not going to work. Trump said the Mueller Report was a complete and total exoneration; he also claimed his long-time tax firm publicly stating his taxes couldn't be trusted because they were full of lies was complete and total exoneration. The judge had a fun time with that one. He said there was "copious evidence of possible financial fraud" and mocked Trump for claiming complete and total exoneration, stating it was reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland and 1984.

Similarly, Mueller, who wasn't even allowed to look at Trump's finances, identified numerous links between the Trump campaign and Russian government officials, and listed 11 examples of obstruction of justice that occurred. Mueller abided by the OLC stance that you couldn't charge a sitting POTUS with a crime, and specifically stated his report does not exonerate Trump. Trump not getting charged with a crime is a pretty low hurdle to cross when it wasn't a possibility. A quadriplegic could jump over that one.

But I understand, the L's are adding up and you guys have a worse W/L record than Glass Joe. You have to award yourselves consolation prizes wherever you can.

What is so sensitive? Like really what do people imagine is on these documents?

I mean, you can be cynical about it, but some contractors are known to take payment and never finish jobs. Imagine if someone refused to pay you for work you did because "some" contractors have been known to stiff their clients.

If they are classified he can’t have them at his house those documents have strict regulations on how they are kept and where. Now he could of declassified those when he left the office he had that power. I want transparency from the AG and Biden’s admin.

He is not the President. Certain levels of classified information can't leave certain secured facilities. A safe at a public resort in a residential basement that clearly other people knew of is no place for any sensitive information. He was subpoenaed and ordered multiple times to turn over ALL classified information. His lawyers signed off that he did just that. Even a President cant declassify nuclear classified information.

He had the documents for years. At least since he left the White House over a year and a half.
