Law Trumps home raided

Can anyone give an update on this? There's a lot of arguing but did he actually do anything wrong (I'm talking in the context of this subject)? Is he getting indicted or anything?

They were found to have contacts with Russians during Trump's campaign but they were convicted of Witness Tampering and maybe Tax Fraud. I don't remember the specifics.

And perjury. I presume?

Why tamper with witnesses if you never committed the underlying crime?

Either way - white collar criminal scum in jail? Me likey.

Be more specific, which crime are you referring to? Already plead the fifth 500+ times last week for a different crime lmao

Most reasonable take from what I can tell:

He owned property that wasn't his
The national archive asked for it back
It was not returned
The law requested and were granted a warrant to retrieve

You are here.

Do you not see a difference in having classified documents on your server due to working from home and actually taking classified documents home with you after losing the election for at best as souvenirs?
It's only 27 boxes, I don't know what everyone is getting their knickers in a twist about.

I’m not sure why you are making this point? A sever or system can have classified information on it if it is authorized and it has to only have the classification material it can’t be mix of secret, TS, CUI, unclass ect. That’s called spillage and that’s against DoD policy. Also yea you can’t take classified information to your home lol.

we know the full facts about the server which usually someone would face punishment we don’t know the facts about Trump. If he did it then he deserves punishment

The National Archives has stated the documents were stored in Chicago in their own facility. It wasn't Obama that took them to make copies. That just illustrates how you run with a talking point released by lying sack of shit Trump.
Obama runs chicago just lmao

Yes, he did something wrong, that he'll be indicted remains to be seen. Check back in about a week.

Half of Team America are Democrats bro. Even the far left Progressives are only the mirror image of your far right ideology. How about we all start voting for moderates like the people we call RINOs and whatever the similar term for Democrats is? Let's work together to vote in people who aren't lying sacks of shit and value our Constitution and our Country above their own personal interests.
Who do you suggest? I think its a policy problem not a people problem. Shitty people will always seek power policy should allow us to remove and/reprimand people who lie to the public or dont hold up their presented ideals.

I don't think they've testified to anything. The last time Stone was deposed I think he took the 5th.

Dude, the only dunking that’s going on is on people who’ve been crying over how unfair and political it all is before knowing any of the facts. Nobody knows what’s going to ultimately happen.

And the reason people don’t respond to your whataboutisms is because they’re just deflections, and they know the argument will be mired in a million accusations over the span of a decade that are irrelevant to whether or not Trump “deserved” to be raided. You should start a thread if you want do discuss why other people belong in jail.

Nothing happens in a vacuum my friend, we've seen 100 rounds of this already. The jabs and one liners we see from both sides is just a continuation of the fight.

Whataboutisms aren't deflections, they're accusations of double standards and abuse of power. If you're playing Monopoly and the owner of the board declares that him and his buddies collect more money as they pass Go and the rest have better odds of going to Jail, that's not whataboutism or moaning and crying, that's a broken game.

Yes.

It's probably because of what materiel and funds that France gave to the U.S. in the fight against the British, etc.
Pre-French Revolution. Even as a kid, I thought it was a case of "The enemy of my enemy is my friend". France didn't care about our ideals. It was simply to smite the British.

But hey, thanks for the weapons Louis XVI!

From 2017.

Schumer: "Let me tell ya. You take on the intelligence community they have 6 ways from Sunday at getting back at ya".

Another one from 2017.

Hillary Clinton crying: "nothing but a false charge that the Trump administration trying to drum up. This is such an abuse of power and it goes right at the rule of law. If they send the signal that we're going to be some dictatorship, some authoririan regime, where political opponents are going to be unfairly, fraudulently investigated, that rips at the fabric at the contract we have that we can trust our justice system."

Rats going after rats, nothing more nothing less. It's all political.

Time machine time! Let's GOOOOO!!! :)

Yeah, it's always a great thing to rehash the past as when I was born, my mother couldn't bring me in through the front door of a doctor's office here in the South. If there was any wrongdoing when Trump was sworn in, why didn't he "drain the swamp?"

I remember hearing that somewhere...

He didn't care and he doesn't care now, the only thing that matters to him are money and ratings. Right now, he's #1 out of those two and not for positive reasons.

O yea, you never accidentally left work stuff at home?
<seedat>

HE// no.

All the stuff I worked with 24 years ago was classified "Secret" and If I talked about it/brought it home, I might be getting out of prison right about.......

Now.
