Lol, so it started with It being a specific search for specific documents. To then seeing the warrant that said basically take anything related to his presidency. To now seeing they just took whatever they could find and now starting to have to return stuff.

trump said they took these, which they are now returning. He is also demanding that they return his legal documents, which related to his up coming cases.

how fucked up is it that they took the stuff related to his upcoming cases so they can get a head start of what his legal defenses will be, etc.

Yeah probably to an extent. The job is a bit of a revolving door for a lot of attorneys. High turnover. But I’ve been doing it long enough that I feel like I’ve found a way to keep doing it and not become completely desensitized. I think if I got to that point I would probably find something else to do.

If any classified documents go missing it is by design and protocol they are known quickly. there is not some grace period to turn over classified documents, think of Wikileaks,
a lot of stronger laws and rules were passed because of them and Snowden. Part of why it’s confusing, it’s it nuclear related ? So NARA who deals with 23andme wanted classified documents they would declassify and Trump did not turn over enough or all of it ?

I'm not sure what you're trying to say. Someone signed an affidavit stating there were more NA materials being stored at MAL and where they would likely be found. The Feds were granted and executed a search warrant. How long ago was that affidavit obtained?

Would you consider that it was signed off to be broad and that stuff was taken due to the Agents not being able to fully go through everything on site to follow security protocols?

No, because he was already cooperating with them. If someone told them about something specific that was improper, potentially prompting them to raid him, rather than continue the process they were already doing, they should have searched for something specific.

And they were there for 9 hours with like 30 agents.
