Even if that were true, healthcare in most of Africa is a problem orders of magnitude beyond anything the West experiences. The people in those countries care very very much about, say, malaria medicine.

Yeah it matters, but the vast majority of Africans don't contract a devastating disease, but they do enjoy roads, entertainment facilities, large scale infrastructure-- thats where China gains it favor.

Trump is specifically targeting the United States' global power, and lowering it while also actively ruining the majority of the United States' purchasing power within the nation.

Ive been having the feeling ALL of this is to fund Elons trip to mars. I mean, if the US does want to do it while Trump/Musk is alive, its going to cost trillions of dollars.
