Economy Trump's April 2nd Tariffs

I been talking about Nvidia working around the US sanctions by working through Vietnam because for whatever reason the US allows Vietnam to continue to make Nvidia advanced products. Reason for this is because they then ship them to China while retaining low tariffs from the US. I even posted photos of Chinese businessmen making racks of H200 AI accelerators for Chinese businesses. Someone said he made them for High-Flyer the VC firm who created DeepSeek AI.
The number loophole for Nvidia is Singapore. But of course that doesn't fit your tariff narrative.

Making racks is also not illegal, ditto for PCBs.

The Russian Ruble has strengthened 38% since the beginning of this year, as the dollar continues to slide. The Ruble is the strongest performing currency ytd so far. Someone explain this away Maga style.

This the usual Republican plan hurry up we need to get people talking about something else as people are held overseas cost of food and others.

I thought you were done with bad faith shitposting in 2025?

Anyway, what do you think of the dwindling consumer and industry confidence? The tariffs were supposed to jump start a renaissance of American manufacturing but if anything the industry is as pessimistic as ever.

What’s bad faith about my post? Not a person was talking about consumer confidence. It was all 401k posts and Wall Street.

Anyway — @Deorum is Massie our only hope??

In so far as individual liberties are concerned, yeah. There's plenty about Massie's ideology that I don't (or wouldn't) subscribe to, but he is A+ on that front. He also possesses genuine principles that aren't abandoned even in the face of tremendous backlash from his own party, with a lot of it coming directly from Trump himself and his numerous public threats to end Massie's political career.
