Trump is either fucking dumb or has dementia.
He constantly is saying that the country tariffed pays the tariff, when there is like 200 years of history that shows the cost of the tariff is passed onto the consumer. That is how you know MAGA is a cult. They all now what Trump is saying is categorically false but either ignore or somehow spin the lie. It has been fascinating to watch.

They have a weird obsession with Trans people despite having never had interactions with any in real life and assume all trans people are the ghoulish sex deviant caricatures they read about from far-right twitter ragebait posts. They genuinely believe they are going through all that effort just to get into the opposite gender bathroom to do things that are in fact still crimes regardless of gender identity.

I will agree that terms like "birthing person" are idiotic and should be thrown out, and I'd even agree that Trans athletes should not compete with athletes of their transitioned gender. The fact so many politicians on the left haven't abandoned the sports thing is a serious judgment failure, they are all cowards afraid of offending online loudmouths.
