Intelligence agencies did not have access to the evidence. The DOJ did. Why would the CIA, Homeland Security or anyone in the IC have access to any of this?

There is no list of clients. There are flight logs with lists of passengers to his private island, and he has a list of contacts he kept in a book like the good old days before cell phones. How could you connect any of that to organization of child sex trafficking and names of clients? You can't. And if the Democrats had that evidence, they would have gone after the culprits. Why didn’t Biden release it?

Biden never said he was going to release the Epstein list , Trump himself said that while Biden was president now he’s just pulled a bait and switch . Biden never released it bc most likely it has some former active democrats on it which may have hurt his own party perception but the fact is Trump is on that list that’s why the senate Republicans have blocked it now from being released and now want a no binding clause if it does to deflect from Trump .
