he has absolutely no vocabulary or nuance for politics,so what he said came across as kowtowing to putin, and has repeatedly ignored the findings of every US intelligence dept who told him they DID interfere, as a PR excercise it was a car crash. and he was driving the car.

Some of the President's wording was a bit weak and he seemed very tired during the meeting. I can see the kowtowing at times but all in all understand that was a publicity event not a real conversation.

I am curious how you think he should have responded to that particular question. Also he hasn't ignored it, if he was he would terminate the investigation. Remeber he listen to intelligence findings in Syria and got burned after bombing them and finding out it was a faked event by the opposition to Syria's leader.

This isn't a terrible response, I wish people could take their hate for Trump out of this and explain a rational statement the President could have said about Putin in front of the world. Also I watched the meetingso I'm not puppeting someone else. The President skirted an actual answer for the question and did speak politely about Putin but he never denounced our intelligence agencies. He stated the opposite but just didn't give the answer that a certain demographic wanted to hear.

He has been attacking them in order to discredit the Mueller investigation. This is part of a pattern. Let's see what the investigation uncovers regardless of what demographic will be sad.
