I see no reason why we shouldn't seek a better relationship with Russia.
The real threat we are facing is China, and Russia would make a good ally in dealing with it. Also in fighting radical Islam, a common enemy.
The left certainly didn't mind when Hillary produced that ridiculous reset button, or when Obama got caught on mic saying after the election, we would be more flexible.

The Russians you want to ally yourself with fucked with your elections and hacked one of the two official political parties of the U.S. They don't sound like a the kind of people you want to be friends with.
