His tariff management led to the need to subsidize.

It also increased tariff revenue, protected America from steel dumping, protected American industries from foreign competition, and can stimulate growth in crucial industries like microchip production. As always tariffs have pros and cons. The fact that China was able to retaliate so strongly against America probably shows that America should be diversifying anyways so this will ultimately lead to less reliance on them. Biden doubled down on Trump's tariff hikes so it seems most agree it was a good policy.

You didn't just talk about your background and how it effects your analysis of conflicts. You used your identity to cudgel the narrative that you view things on a deeper level than other people merely because of your identity.

Let me explain this to you in simple terms. I may live in Canada, but my background is Asian. My home nation has a much longer history than any Western country, we have a language and songs which have been around since before the Roman empire even existed. As a result, we have a much different view of history & geopolitics, it's more holistic and views events with a different perspective and a much longer time frame. Generally speaking, Westerners tend to view events as a strict cause & effect with very short time frames to match your 30 second attention spans, you try to reduce the world to simplistic models based on your own limited understanding of events, which is why you continually fuck things up.

It is really sad that you really have to retort to that kinda copout. I am Asian too but I rely on my arguments holding water in conversations instead of my identity. It is sad that you are insecure about your inability to respond to arguements that you have to pull out the race card.
