I said consistently that prices, overall, never come down, as people were blaming Biden for the continued high prices. I would post the Consumer Price Index, over time,showing they only really move up, and even if you can impact singular items and get them down, it is only short term.

The way to counter inflation is with increased incomes outpacing the inflation.

So magats need to now shift in the way Trump is shifting and say they never really believed what they were saying prior about Trump being able to bring them down by 'drill baby drill' and any other method he was claiming.


The good news though is Trump is not backsliding on all promises. He has reaffirmed those Corporate Tax cuts are still a priority and you can bet, if nothing else, that promise will be kept no matter how much they explode the deficit.

The interesting factor for me being a non US based citizen is how a large portion of you wish for the failure of someone which leads to the failure of you as an individual and potentially a nation.

There’s a lot of naive people that blamed the current administration for inflation when it was unfounded. Then Trump and maga told everyone that electing Trump would reverse the high inflationary trend from Covid fallout. Now that Trump is back tracking on that promise he’s getting called out.

This is very true, over 750 BILLION dollars forgiven under draft dodging bitch. There was no guidance, no checks or balances. People took them out and did not use them for what they were supposed to be but it didn’t matter, just forgiven. I know several people in our area stated it was easy to get and nobody checked on them, boom forgiven. Tom Brady got like 1 million free dollars under Donald, so did Brad Finstad, MTG, billionaire Doug burgum got $$ forgiven and many very very rich people.

Trump claimed he would get prices down easily and right away and when asked how, he answered by 'drill baby drill', and said to the interviewer 'you'll be surprised how much the cost energy going down will bring prices down'.

But that was while campaigning so now he has switched and is admitting it is not that easy.
