No one is saying bail if the same for all people and all crimes. of course it is adjusted.

THAT DOES NOT MEAN all people can afford bail and that bail bonds companies will give credit to all people and pay it for them, if they cannot.

It is simply FACT despite your denials that many people granted bail DO NOT have the money to pay it despite any adjustments made.

Your claim that judges always ensure the person has the money to pay is simply a lie and a dumb one at that.

Which is why NGO who help with bail are valuable as the person deserves to be out, in the same way a person with some cash does and whether it is a bails bondsman or a NGO helping the person, it is the same and a good thing, if the judge granted bail.

I'm stupid says the dumb shit troll. I never said judges never get it wrong. That is why the system already has ways to appeal and request a lower bail. Taking away a criminal's personal stake in the process makes easier for them to go out and commit more crimes while awaiting trial. Which happened many times with MN FF recipients.

It is simply fact that judges are not making a calculation of bail based on an analysis of what the person can find the money to pay.

That you keep pushing this view is why you are stupid and wrong.

All across the US people are granted bail who cannot afford it and that is not simply because the judge the misread their disposable cash.

And that is why Bail Bondsman exist and NGO exist who help people with bail, who do not have the money.

Kamala Harris giving money to an NGO not only does not know who will be helped by that money, but also as you are saying the system wants these people to be out on bail.

It is simply fact that numerous people granted bail cannot afford bail and no bails person will provide it to them.

And no matter how many times you say 'the judge accounts for their situation to ensure they can afford it', you are factually wrong. Oh and stupid.
