3 years. Still served.I described what Daniel Rodriguez did and plead guilty to. He served less than 3 years of a 12 year sentence.
Absolutely failed to mention it also. Which destroyed a good part of your premise.I never claimed all 1500 of them tried to kill police officers.
They served 4 years in jail. Done and done. FACT.But Trump pardoned the people that tried anyway. And you can't deny that FACT.
And that's your opinion. Congrats, I got one also. FACT: They all served jail time. Not enough imo.
OK cool. I hope that asshole stays in jail for a long time. And many of them had prior violent felonies (one just got arrested again).
Those oneies and twosies should be assessed. Sure. Those kind of people should stay locked up. I feel terrible for their victims.
I think at some point you misunderstood that I was only referring to the ones who assaulted officers and not everyone presentAnd that's your opinion. Congrats, I got one also. FACT: They all served jail time.

Which is a ridiculously light sentence. Assaulting an officer with a lethal weapon in the midst of a seditious conspiracy? Life in prison, pretty easily. 30 years if you want to be very lenient. The longest sentence there is ten years for a guy who, among other charges, was convicted for assaulting an officer with a deadly weapon as you point out.
My friend. Did you stop talking to me?no that wasn't me. i never really make threads on here. go take it up with the thread starter if you've got an issue.
My friend. Did you stop talking to me?
If Trump had looked at individual cases, the long criminal records of some Jan. 6 defendants may have raised some red flags.
Theodore Middendorf was accused by Illinois prosecutors of "Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child." Prosecutors said in a court filing obtained by NPR that Middendorf "committed an act of sexual penetration." Indiana state records indicate that Middendorf's victim was 7 years old.
Peter Schwartz had a "jaw-dropping criminal history of 38 prior convictions going back to 1991" when he assaulted police officers with pepper spray on Jan. 6, according to federal prosecutors.
When those prosecutors made their sentencing recommendations to the judge, they described a 1994 disorderly conduct case for throwing a "lit cigarette at a victim" and striking her "near her eyes"; a 2004 case for assault with a deadly weapon; a 2019 case for "terroristic threats" for threatening police while under arrest for domestic assault; and a 2020 case of assaulting his wife "including by biting her on the forehead and punching her multiple times."
David Daniel of Mint Hill, N.C., is charged with "Production of Child Pornography" and "Possession of Child Pornography," which allegedly "involved a prepubescent minor" and a child under 12 years old.
The government's forecast of evidence is compelling and suggests Defendant engaged in sexual acts with two young girls in his own family," Magistrate Judge David Keesler wrote of the case against Daniel. "It is also alleged he took and kept photos of the genitalia of the victims. The mother of one victim (Defendant's ex−wife) appeared in court to request that Defendant not be released." Because of those findings, Judge Keesler ordered Daniel to remain in detention pending trial. Daniel has pleaded not guilty to the charges in North Carolina and that case remains pending.
Kasey Hopkins, "has a lengthy and troubling criminal history" including a 2002 conviction for "forcible rape," which resulted in a seven-year prison sentence, according to prosecutors' sentencing memorandum for his Jan. 6 case.
"The defendant had forcible intercourse with the victim, choked her to the point of impairing her vision, banged her head into a wall, and urinated into the victim's mouth to humiliate her," prosecutors alleged in arguments over sentencing. "When the victim attempted to flee, naked, the defendant caught up to her and threw her down."
Benjamin Martin pled to obstruction of a public officer in 2003, a 2016 battery charge where he repeatedly struck his 14-year-old daughter, and a 2018 battery charge where Martin choked his girlfriend and dragged her back into the house after she tried to flee," prosecutors wrote.
You seem soft. Did you update us yet? You seemed very happy to do it in the past. No updates?
your shitposts are shit. maybe when you come back with your next account you will learn how to gaslight.
Did you update on that maga thread yet. The one you continued to share about every person getting charged. I would like to see the final updatealso to add to that, unless you have anything worth a damn to say i'm just going to start scrolling past your posts. you try much too hard to get some kind of a kneejerk reaction out of people, you bring no discussion to any thread, and quite honestly you not really worth the effort of even bothering to respond to really. i don't mean to be rude or anything and i mean this as a term of endearment but with all due respect, your mother should have swallowed.
i've seen many shitposters come and go around here but at least most of these fine characters would at least put some effort into their trolling game. but you sir are like the andrei arlovski of shitposting. it's probably best to hang them up instead of hanging around trying to score one more payday.
so until you can provide me with a reason as to why i should even consider entertaining such shit tier trolling efforts any longer i'm just not going to bother going back and forth anymore derailing some thread with somebody who opens his mouth but never has anything to say. toodles.
Thats more years than your country gave Anders Breivik.Which is a ridiculously light sentence. Assaulting an officer with a lethal weapon in the midst of a seditious conspiracy? Life in prison, pretty easily. 30 years if you want to be very lenient.

Uh, no they didn't. Not even close. The police were told to stand back and allow BLM terrorize and destroy. It's one part of the fanfiction they like to tell themselves.
Law enforcement worked as diligently as possible to identify and arrest those responsible for the violence and property damaged caused during the George Floyd/BLM riots.
Hundreds and hundreds had their charges dropped.Thousands of people were arrested and served time for their roles.
Example? It's just as you noted, easier said than done to identify and capture literally everyone responsible in a single city let alone across the entire nation. I'm sure there are people on camera committing violence on J6 that avoided capture as well.
Because 21 years with further confinement was the harshest penalty possible. That doesn't mean he's going to get out after 21 years, or even ever get parole. Think of it as life imprisonment with flexibility as an option.Thats more years than your country gave Anders Breivik.
Would you say that aswell if you would have a brother who was working his duty there and was killed by one of this guys? Clearly only if you hated your brother like hell.Good, thank you trump
Wait, are you saying all J6ers that were convicted served jail time? That’s certainly not true. And that's your opinion. Congrats, I got one also. FACT: They all served jail time.
So what? All sorts of people serve jail and prison time, do they get to be totally forgiven and pardoned for their crimes as well? Or are the J6 insurrectionists special somehow? They served 4 years in jail. Done and done. FACT.
nobody died, cry moreWould you say that aswell if you would have a brother who was working his duty there and was killed by one of this guys? Clearly only if you hated your brother like hell.
I heard 6 people died, but ignoring this is like telling people holocaust never happend or the moon landing or some schoolshootings were staged. Are you someone like that? Probably. No wonder with an AV-pic with that idiot.nobody died, cry more
