Elections Trump Indicted On 91 Counts

What is amazing so far is the Jan 6 rioters go to jail, his lawyers all lose their licenses and end up indicted all over the country, the fake electors, some smart enough to know what they were doing was wrong, some probably duped, are all indicted. Multiple divorces, Cohen, Weisselberg, Bannon, Flynn, Stone and a bunch of other cronies go to jail, Trump civilly guilty of sexual assault, criminally guilty of fraud for what I think is the 2nd time, and on trial for hush money to a porn star and a playboy model.....etc, and so forth

yet with all that in his background, republican voters rejected Nikki Haley and Ron Desantis, two conservatives with clean records and stable family lives, a put forth this guy

Worse yet, with all that in his ledger almost half of America is saying this is the best person we have to lead us?

I wonder if Rudy, John, Mark, Walt, Boris false electors #1 trhough # however many, etc and so forth are going to go the route of Weisselberg and go to jail multiple times for him? What's a four month stint for perjury amongst friends. Or will they Pecker and testify with immunity, or will they Cohen and do both I guess

I literally can't fathom how 1 man, can do all this dirt, and have so many "friends" get in so much trouble for him and still be on the verge of being president of the Untied States of America. I can't understand how someone who shows no loyalty to those who can no longer serve his needs, Pence being the biggest example, inspires this kind of loyalty?

Maybe it is because I have never really felt the intoxication of being around true power. I've had one personal glimpse of that kind of power and it is scary to watch it works its magic at high levels
Yes, and they have the nerve to call other people clowns....

It truly is amazing how he gets people to follow him, I see or listen to him for the briefest of time I instantly form a stink face without even noticing it's like a reflex.

Donald Trump should open up his own church

IIRC...

Trump had announced his presidential run and a very popular evangelical leader met with him. The leader stepped out of Trumps' office and Trump started yelling... "I did it! I accepted salvation! I'm SAVED!!!!"

The leader went back in laid hands-on Trump praying and thanking God. The leader left and Trump said to his assistant (Cohen)?

"Can you believe he fell for that bull$ht?"

I wouldn't be surprised at all if he started his own church. It'd be a 100% tax-free grift. Heck, I'm amazed that he hasn't done it already.

So f**king shameless?

I fucking hate these pundits. Anyone who is one hundred percent behind a party no matter what makes my skin crawl, even when they're right. Maybe especially when they're right, because the way they sell every detail makes me want to tell them to go fuck themselves.

Democrat pundits are just free campaign ads the same way conservative pundits are. It bothers me that so many people get their news this way, presented exclusively though a partisan lens. I wish we were better than this but we aren't, and we're just getting worse.

Echoing 2020, Trump won’t commit to accepting 2024 election results

Former President Donald Trump on Wednesday didn't commit to accepting the results of Wisconsin's presidential election in November if he does not win and again promoted the falsehood that he won the Badger State in 2020.

In an interview with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the former president said he would accept the results of the November election showing he lost "if everything's honest."

"If everything's honest, I'd gladly accept the results," Trump said in an interview Wednesday. "If it's not, you have to fight for the right of the country.

"But if everything's honest, which we anticipate it will be — a lot of changes have been made over the last few years — but if everything's honest, I will absolutely accept the results," he said.

He offered similar conditions when asked the same question by news outlets in 2016 and 2020.

the arizona charges against trumps good pal mark meadows has just been made public

Mark Meadows unmasked in Arizona fake electors indictment, faces 9 felony charges

Charges have formally been made public against Mark Meadows, the onetime chief of staff to former President Donald Trump, in the expansive fake electors case now underway in Arizona.

Trump is not charged in Arizona but is considered an unindicted co-conspirator.

As Law&Crime recently reported, 18 fake electors in the state were indicted by a grand jury on April 24 for their alleged efforts to overturn the legitimate results of the 2020 election. Though several Republicans were named directly in the fraud and forgery indictment including, among others, leaders of the state’s Republican party and two incumbent state lawmakers, some of those charged had their identities redacted, including Meadows and Trump’s former attorney also facing indictment in Georgia, Rudy Giuliani.

Formal charges have still not been confirmed for Giuliani in Arizona.

The Associated Press reported first on Wednesday that the state’s attorney’s general office confirmed Meadows was being charged with nine felony counts and has been served.

An attorney for Meadows did not immediately respond to a request for comment to Law&Crime on Friday.

Those charged with trying to pass off bogus elector slates in 2020 and named openly when the indictment first went public included Arizona GOP chair Kelli Ward, her husband Michael Ward, Tyler Bowyer, Nancy Cottle, Jacob Hoffman, Anthony Kern, James Lamon, Robert Montgomery, Samuel Moorhead, Lorraine Pellegrino, and Gregory Safsten.

The identities of some individuals whose names were redacted was not difficult to piece together given the indictment’s description of them. In addition to Meadows and Giuliani, they appeared to include current Trump campaign lawyer Boris Epshteyn and a bevy of former campaign lawyers included Jenna Ellis — who pleaded guilty to racketeering charges in Georgia — Trump’s onetime lawyer Christina Bobb, former campaign aide Mike Roman, and John Eastman, a retired law professor who pushed out a memo outlining what steps to take to keep Trump in office despite his electoral defeat. Eastman is also charged in the racketeering indictment alongside Trump in Georgia.

The reason they were not named openly is because they had not yet been formally served.

The nine felony charges Meadows faces in Arizona include conspiracy, fraudulent schemes and artifices, and fraudulent schemes and practices. The remaining charges are felony forgery allegations.

Prosecutors say Meadows and others engaged in a scheme where Trump’s allies held themselves out to be “duly elected and qualified electors” for Arizona, thereby deceiving the citizens of the state by claiming that only their votes were legal.

“In reality, defendants intended that their false votes for Trump-Pence would encourage Pence to rejected the Biden-Harris votes on Jan. 6, 2021, regardless of the outcome of the legal challenge.”

This only failed because then-Vice President Mike Pence did accept electoral votes for now-President Joe Biden.

arizona needs to keep farty von schitzenpantz as an unindicted co-conspirator until after he loses the election and then kick him in the dick with an indictment right after.

They are who we said they were.

Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., posted a video on Thursday of a former prosecutor who investigated former President Trump pleading the fifth under questioning about his actions.

The video was recorded during a closed session of the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government in May 2023, according to a congressional source.

Mark Pomerantz, former special assistant to the New York County District Attorney, can be seen in the video declining to answer several questions, such as, "Did you knowingly break any laws when investigating President Trump?" and "Did you misuse any federal funds when investigating President Trump?"

His counsel appeared to be saying, "objection" after each question.

When you have Prosecutors pleading the 5th repeatedly regarding illegal investigations and tactics, we all have a problem. Well, honest American citizens have a problem.

so does this mean that if you take the fifth you're guilty?

need to know because theres another guy who took the 5th over 400 times during a deposition, fled the country to avoid testifying at a civil rape trial, refused to testify as a defense witness at his new york civil fraud trial, and is now appearing to refuse to testify at his ongoing criminal trial.

hoping you can clarify.

and is matt gaetz leading this "Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government" (can we virtue signal and put on our perpetual victimhood masks any harder?) or is MTG at the helm? maybe they can make Catturd or DC_Draino as a special guest chairman for this little show they are putting on for their fans just to help make them look less of a farce.

yeah this is it lol.
