Elections Trump Indicted On 91 Counts

Only the best people:

silly if it was just a gag, but who knows? perhaps he might actually be gay and maybe one day we'll see this guy taking some cocks in the ass over on pornhub and onlyfans and then he can give the ole' "My account was hacked!" spinaroonie again once the word gets around.

they have the whole creepcatcher guys who set up fake profiles on websites, and they used to do that whole chris hansen to catch a predator shit to to actually take down people while in the middle of solicitation, but maybe for shits and giggles they should set something like that up where they can catch a bunch of closet republican politicians meeting up with random strangers with the intentions of having some gayness in their anus. don't know how theyd be able to explain that away after they're caught on camera meeting up with some random online gay dude while he's carryin off that box of condoms and the bottle of barq's cream soda that he asked for

I don't believe this was a "prank" by an intern. Unless it's an intern who knows he's gay and was razzing him about it.

well there's only one way to find out. just get somebody to tell this guy about a party going on over in the capitol hill hearing room and see if he shows up.

i think its a pretty funny prank though but that shit is rather malicious.

peter navarro is now asking the supreme court to come to his rescue after the district and circuit courts told him to fuck off.

i guess if SCOTUS decides to take this matter up and rule in his favor, then they've just established a precedent and nobody should ever answer to a congressional subpoena again and cite Navarro vs United States of America as their legal grounds to ignore it.

In that case, can the Current POTUS remove the SCOTUS? Serious question.

Fuck, did that happen?

sorta like that yeah

Giuliani Records Cameo Endorsing Case Against His Own Client

Former New York City mayor and Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani is keeping busy on Cameo, where he recently recorded a video in which he appeared to inadvertently endorse a case against one of his former clients.

New York magazine was the first to report on the 52-second video on Cameo, an app that allows users to pay celebrities to record a short, personalized message.

In it, the 76-year-old Giuliani praises activists who have campaigned against Derwick Associates, an energy firm founded by one of the former prosecutor and presidential candidates's reported clients, Venezuelan businessman Alejandro Betancourt.

Betancourt was investigated by the Justice Department during Donald Trump's administration in connection with a money laundering and bribery case — he denied wrongdoing — and Giuliani was hired to persuade prosecutors to show him leniency, according to Reuters and The New York Times.

In his recent Cameo video, addressing "Angus, Cesar, Orlando, Alek, Thor [and] Otto," — the names of journalists and anti-corruption activists who have reported critically on Derwick Associates, Guiliani begins the message by saying:

"This is Rudy Giuliani, and the message they want me to deliver is: The employees and the field staff of Derwick Associates want to thank you for your honesty and devotion, that you have fought for them for years and that — um — you're very, very exceptionally dedicated."

The video continues with Giuliani noting how kind the message is and how he wishes someone would send a similar one to himself. (It would not be the first time a noted personality had been paid on Cameo to unwittingly mock themselves.)

"Well, that's a nice thing," Giuliani says in the video. "I really wish somebody would send me a message like that! I think you can be very, very proud of it. It sounds like it comes from the heart, and it comes from having done very hard work. I wish I knew more about it, I could say more, but that's the message they gave me to deliver to you. And, again, I congratulate you on having done such fine work for the people that appreciate you so much!"

That's what bothers you?
No. They are the highest of all laws here. I learned this when I became a citizen recently and had an exam on everything law and government.
OK newbie. You might be right being your new here, you probably look into this shit. So by that logic a SCOTUS judge can throw anyone in jail regardless if ex or current president?

Remove them? As in, remove one or more of the justices from office? No, they can only be impeached by the House and removed by the Senate. Only one SCOTUS Justice has ever been impeached (Samuel Chase in 1805) but he was acquitted in the Senate.

This is me learning something > <mma4> They need to drag Clarence Thomas robed ass before the House, if Donald Trump gives you props you need to be scrutinized.

Don Jr here is so passionate about this he looks like he wants to cry

Ohhh maybe it's because he realized he no longer has an inheritance.

He must be out of coke which is why he is about to cry or he just realized he put a ring on the finger of a chick who got fired from Fox News for having a photo book full of dick pics she used to show her assistant.

Haha it’s funny you say that about Thomas. Here’s what happened to Chase:

So, Samuel Chase was appointed to the SCOTUS by George Washington, Chase himself was one of our Founding Fathers. This power that the SCOTUS has to decide what is constitutional and what isn’t, isn’t a power given to them by the Constitution. They basically gave it to themselves in a famous case called Marbury v Madison (the “Madison” in that case is James Madison, the author of the Constitution). That power is called judicial review.

So by 1805, Thomas Jefferson was Pres. And he was appalled at this idea of judicial review by SCOTUS, and thought they were seizing wayyyy more power than was ever intended—any of this sounding familiar lol? He thought that Chase’s decisions in the bench showed a clear political bias—much like our justices today—and Jefferson thought that was reason enough for impeachment.

In the end, Chase was acquitted, and a precedent was set early on that judiciary is independent, and you can’t go around impeaching and removing justices because you think they are politically biased or don’t agree with their decisions.

Personally, I think there are some very legitimate reasons to impeach Clarence Thomas, but that’s a story for another post :)
