The 6 points tossed were also on a technicality because they didn´t clearly specify the oath that was supposedly broken. The evidence such as the phone call to Raffensberger still stands and they have 6 months to clarify the points and refile them.. It was 3 charges against Trump and 3 charges against co conspirators.
