Elections Trump Indicted On 91 Counts

I really didn't understand that defense. He could have said he didn't foresee thee consequences or didn't realize the passion of his followers. Instead he says the president is allowed commit crimes. Of all the bloody defenses in history.

I really can't see the Supreme Court taking up this argument, the argument itself is just so ridiculous that an American president should have total and absolute immunity against all and any crimes while he's in office. Only Citizen Trump would need such a thing the man is an orange walking crime scene.

He has no other defense.

they're still waiting for tucker to come on so that he can tell them what to think.
Tucker's currently MIA in Russia. They'll need extra time.
From what I understand, Tucker doesn't just tell his audience what to think, he also makes facial expressions giving them cues on how to feel as well.

mainly constipated judging by his usual expression..

His case has no calendar, which means if that doesn't change real fast, it will not make it before the elections and he's meaningless. I don't think Trump will hire him afterwards. I'll bet he's starting to think about his next career move. If he starts showing up in public events, we will all know he wants a MSNBC gig.

This aged well.

So if this goes to SCOTUS and they rule that the President does in fact have immunity, that would mean there is nothing to stop Biden from murdering all the justices and putting in new ones, correct?

Unfortunately democrats never stoop to republican levels, but yeah if SC rules that presidents have absolute immunity, Biden could (and should) just arrest every MAGA traitor and they'll have zero standing to complain about it

This aged well.

It aged better than you think. What happened is that Appeals Court which ruled has always given (30) days for an auto-appeal back to them. In this instance they only offered (7) days for the first time in history. I don't know what is (D)ifferent, but they just gave his lawyers more ammo. They also gave the Court of Public opinion yet another reason to call this Lawfare.

This will now be appealed to the Supreme Court with the appeal being put in within the next (7) days instead of back to that court, we'll see what schedule the SCOTUS wants. The Supremes are going to decide if the next President can go after Barack Obama for murder of American citizens with drones, which is what he did. It has no Statute of Limitations and that is the precedent you idiots are trying to support here. We cannot allow following presidents to go after their predecessors like this, or Pandora's Box is coming to the Obamas and Bush for sure.
