3 phony electors have made the claim they were working under Trumps direction
In the Florida case, the IT guy changed lawyers and his testimony about deleting camera footage.

So that's 5 fingers already pointing at Trump.

In addition, the following people who were previously allied with Trump have spoken out about him
Mike Pence
Mike Pompeo
William Barr
John Kelly
Chris Christie

Probably more, that's just off the top of my head. Rex Tillerson probably doesn't have many nice things to say about Trump but he was one of the first people to be let go so it's doubtful he's fully up to speed on this stuff.

Instead he follows this plot they had with phony electors, has a Stop the Steal rally, and sends thousands of his supporters to the Capitol. If a psychiatrist heard this in his office from a patient ( and believed he is telling like he really thinks) he would lock him up or give him strong meds and observe closely ( for weeks/months).
