In this particular instance, it doesn't matter. All of his picks will be confirmed no matter what. The only thing that matters in the confirmation process is who has the numbers. When Reps have control, they nominate Reps and they get confirmed, while the Dems cry about it. When Dems have control, they nominate Dems and they get confirmed, while Reps cry about it. We don't need days and days of questioning to get to the inevitable outcome.

If it's this stupid confirmation hearing process where their minds are already made up, but get to feign their incredulous surprise that someone wants to give contextual answers to what they deemed should be a simple yes or no answer, then no.

I spent time last year watching many of the Senate confirmation hearings for Biden judge appointees. You will never find a bigger lot of unqualified, hyper partisan, weirdo, nominees in your life. These people the Biden Administration made judges, because the vote was party line, were insane. They could be asked the most basic of questions and they'd provide verbal diarrhea for answers or refuse to answer outright, knowing their idiot asses were a lock for the job thanks to Democrats that just didn't give a fuck. To see people like Pam Bondi who is very qualified go through absolute idiocy from Schiff and others after what I watched tells us all why the Democrats lost big. It's all about power and control with them. The Republicans also want power and control, but they won't put absolute nutters in positions in large volumes like the Democrats.
