I know this might not be a satisfying answer for you, but focus on local mutual aid. There are a million different ways this could all play out, but whether this is just a blip in the history of liberal democracy, or we're headed towards an absolute totalitarian dictatorship, or even if we're headed towards complete societal collapse, local mutual aid should be your guiding light. Obviously you should aim to do more, be it armed community defense, or labor organizing, or whatever the fuck else, but mutual aid needs to be your starting point. If you have a Food Not Bombs chapter in your area, go there and start volunteering. There's literally no way to go wrong with feeding hungry people, but, beyond that, the kinds of people who volunteer with FnB usually know about other local mutual aid/community defense efforts in their area.
Most importantly, however, don't be a fucking doomer. Don't engage with doomers online, and don't spread doomer propaganda. Fascists want you to give up. If possible, they want you to kill yourself. Don't give these fuckers what they want. If only spite keeps you going, so be it.
