Crime Trump Administration Sent Legal Immigrant to Prison in El Salvador

Apparently the judge involved in his trial is refusing to keep him detained. So ICE is going to deport him to a 3rd party country now. Can have a dangerous illegal with a deportation order roaming the streets

ICE is free to detain him, the judge's ruling only relates to the criminal charges, of which the government has done a shoddy job of prosecuting.

Might want to change his name to Kahega Abrego and learn some French

Thank god democrats were able to get us that precious :eek::eek::eek:philic wife beating human trafficker back so we could pay to house him in our jails then send him back overseas. This is like Alex Baldwin saying how people would thanks the film actors guild for saving them

There was so much bullshit propaganda about his case. They kept saying he has asylum, that he got his deportation orders canceled, that a withholding order stopped deportation.

No he had deportation orders this entire time. The withholding order just said he can't be sent to El Salvador and that's it.

Apparently of the underage children he sex trafficked, he is alleged to have taken pictures, touched at least one inappropriately, etc.

Allegedly anyways, it was in the indictment and Bondi read it in the list of charges

Any American that cares about the rule of law wanted due process to happen. This had nothing to do with what kind of person he is. But you know that. You all know it. Trying to spin a false narrative just like you did in your comment above is all you have.

Democratics pretending to care about the rule of law is the biggest joke of this whole thing.

This Democrat will always defend due process, which is a core tenet of the United States. Why don't you?
It's because they see a double standard being applied. There are Americans who believe you did not give one single fuck when people were coming here in an illegal manner, but now you give all the fucks about the law and legality.

I only speak for myself, not other Americans. Let's talk about due process. That is the issue at hand.

He commented "the rule of law". You took it to mean due process. But sure, due process should be afforded as per the rules.

But there isn't a double standard, not a real one anyway (on our end, broadly speaking). Everyone gets due process, full stop. It's very simple. No matter how you dress up the desire to qualify it.... you're still qualifying it. And of course the purpose is, among other things, about the raw exercise of power. Reducing or eliminating due process for one person makes another all that more privileged. And that reason itself is tough to defend rhetorically, so you and the reactionary shout-o-sphere make it about who instead of what.

I commented on due process, which is all I have ever talked about in this case because Garcia was denied his. I never talked about anything else.

My comment was more based around the law rather than due process. Of course due process should be afforded to everyone in the way it's intended.

You have to admit it's a tad amusing when the defund the police crowd starts pretending to care about the law (not you per se)

Oh I have my issues with that whole mess
But that's an entirely separate issue
