Prior, all that was known was that two different judges were presented confidential information and they both determined he was a gang member based on what and should be deported.

Don't let Democrats try and gaslight you into thinking they were "just calling for Kilmar to receive due process" and be "properly deported" like they're trying to now after they've realized how big of a scumbag he is.

Yup, the panic wrestling is enjoyable, which will increase once he is actually on trial. Raskin initially claimed bogus MS-13 claims, etc. but two judges had already ruled that credible information indicated he was a MS-13 gang member, known tattoos (that the left said was not believable), and had a deportation order.

They simply did not do their homework. Actually quite hilarious that the one person the picked to try and make a hill to stand on because he had a wife and children, ended up being a textbook gangbanger piece of shit, will lots of readily available evidence lol
