Funny, but this didn't happen on iMessage it occurred using Signal. I've been a proud Signal user myself for many years except I actually know how to operate the app. It was designed to be user-friendly but apparently not simple enough for any imbecile to navigate. The reality is that there is no planning ahead for encountering the likes of a Mike Waltz. It's a classic case of PEBKAC. If he thinks that such lightweight mobile apps are confusing then he needs to stay away from desktop apps. Just imagine him accessing a SCADA system from his workstation.
