Thank you sir. I'm having my grandma run sprints tonightIn conclusion, the data presented here indicate that strength training can induce growth hormone and testosterone release, regardless of age, but that the elderly response does not equal that of the young.

Effects of progressive resistance training on growth hormone and testosterone levels in young and elderly subjects - PubMed
We observed the response of serum growth hormone (GH) and testosterone (T) to a progressive resistance strength training program. Basal levels (after a 12-h fast) of GH and T were measured in young (23 years) and elderly (63 years) subjects before and after a 12-week training program. The...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

I need at least five more quote answers from the same post
So i know many here are in their 40s or maybe even older.
Whats your plan for staying in shape going into your older age?
I plan to keep training until i die in hopefully old age.
So as i birthday to myself. I started TRT on January 6th. The day before my 46 birthday.
As a birthday gift and future investment into my own health.
I take 180 mg testosterone a week. And mk667
Did you feel like you needed to start taking it or did you just want to? I just turned 40 last year but I still feel amazing. I plan to do TRT eventually but I'm trying to hold off for as long as I can. Starting in my 40's is way to soon for me. 50 is the earliest I would want to do it unless things take a drastic down turn soon. Ideally I would like to hold off until 65, if I can make it to 70 at that point no matter what I'm getting on it.
Looking at the older folks in my family they all seems to be doing really well and aged well. The good thing is none of them worked out at all and I've been working at since like 21.
I'm feeling decline from say 36 years I'll be 38 very soon. 27 was a golden age phisically, but mentaly not.Both. I have always been fully aware that nobody beats father time. So i have been thinking about taking testosterone as i got older, ever since i was in my early 30s.
But at the same time i wanted to wait until there was no doubt in my mind and body, that i needed it to stay sharp.
It was also very very important to me to find my peak fitness potential naturaly. And i found my ceiling in the periode 2013-2015. I was a highly fine tuned fighting machine.
I also felt great going into my 40s. Being in better shape then most people half my age.
But like i said, when the decline started to be so clear that it could not be my imagination, i decided to get my levels checked.

You can build a six pack yet had mediocre levels?
It's drugs. You're creating phisical dependence. Shutting down your own natural testosterone production. Stop
Forget it I told him an other time but he just gets passive aggressive or ignores you , if it's not fitting into what he wants. . This has nothing to do with being healthy. It's classic junkie mentality to compensate insecurity with drugs. Nothing better describes that then him taking Ibutamoren and instantly going close to the maximum testosterone levels way above recommended. . No doc in his right mind would prescribe this poisonous stuff or go that high with testosterone at the start.
It's plain and simple drug abuse and will be detrimental to his long-term health.
This thread is him patting himself on the back for roiding and calls it TRT.
To everyone else. Think carefully. It's very tempting and seems like the fountain of youth but especially approaching it this ignorant as Frode is quite dangerous.
This depends from bloodwork and multiple variables here. It's drugs. You're creating phisical dependence. Shutting down your own natural testosterone production. Stop
