Really? That's so cool because I just watched it Wednesday night via my Shudder subscription. Their print was OK but I'm hoping the Blu's is a lot better. Have you had a chance to check it out yet? not yet, but VS does excellent restoration work, so I can say w/ confidence that the bluray quality will be way better than the compressed copy you streamed on Shudder.

Have there been any decent Nic Cage movies released lately? He's so prolific that I never know which one his new releases are worth catching & which ones are his lesser efforts.

outside of his small voice role in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, he’s been relatively quiet since Mandy. but since this is a thread about trash, The Humanity Bureau was a straight-to-VOD garbage movie he starred in last year that is worth a peak just for the laughs. Between Worlds is another post-Mandy VOD dumpster puddle from last year that has its moments but is ultimately frustrating because it takes itself way too seriously.

Cherry 2000 was a pretty cool movie.



I also have a fond place in my heart for a movie called The Eliminators...simply because it was mine and my brothers favorite movie when we were little shitbags.



And fuck me running...I LOVED The Guyver! The sequel was pretty bad, but still fun.
