Yes but trashy, too.
As a 12 year-old weeaboo, this movie was like too good to be true: yakuza bad guys, Dolph Lundgrend himself the weeaboo hero cop who speaks Japanese and has this full-on Japanese lodge in the countryside, katanas, tits, a shit load of violence, etc.
