But guess what is going to happen when they're threatened with forced discharge. The vast majority of them will suddenly decide they're their original biological sex again. Or they want to be discharged anyway.

First, in your imaginary conversation you just posted it implies the would-be recruit would bother talk to the recruiter.... when a would-be recruit would already know about the transgenders in the military.
Second, LOL @ your imagination that recruiters talk about being cannon fodder in the first place, and 'a used charger' would be offered as a negotiation point, and the recruiter would even point out the bad sides of the military life.
Third, One of the main selling points for recruiters to become recruiters is to get away from the 'military life' and basically work a civilian job at a recruitment center which their status at that job demands for them to sign up as many ignorant kids to sign their life away for 4 years of active duty.
The thing is with social media and YouTube its pretty rare for recruiters to find 'ignorant kids' to bullshit them into signing the contract.
Too many bad experiences from veterans that don't mind going into detail.
So, that's one reason why recruitment is down.

nother reason is people have caught that our politicians are in the habit of sending our soldiers into stupid wars that shouldn't involve us.
And another reason is how leftist philosophy saturated the chain of command.
And the toleration and promotion of trans-soldiers are evidence of this weakness within the military, because transgenders people are weak both mentally and physically.
I predicted recruitment to be down in 16, i stick by it, but the army is a certain way so when Canada invades there should be many transgender guerillas who are trained waiting for them.

I wonder how many "biological men" were discharged for not using the correct pronouns. Wouldn't be surprised if they lost more straight men then they gained transgenders.
