It's a pretty vital part of growing up for a good % of the population. Maybe all those tens of millions of dads of girls don't want their daughters forced to compete with biological males? Think that's possible?

My daughter is a somewhat elite competitive swimmer. In another year or two, colleges will be starting to look at her as a recruit. Neither she nor any other biological females should be competing with biological males for spots on women's college swim teams. Ever.

You have nothing to base it on whatsoever, and I provided a very realistic alternative as to why a lot of people DO care about women's/girls sports and why they don't want biological males being allowed to participate.

I don't give a shit if a dude puts on a wig and dress and makeup and says he's a girl. I think it's some sort of mental problem, but he's not harming me and I'm not gonna be rude or treat him poorly. And hell if he was Steve and now says he's Sally I'll call him Sally. No ill will at all, but no he shouldn't be allowed to then say he's a female and compete against females in athletics. Pretty simple. Athletics should be determined by sex, not what gender someone claims to be.
