You should look up the tragedy that is travistock man. So called experts have destroyed countless lives by putting kids on blockers...

It turns out the so-called experts are catching up on a whole bunch of harm that has been done that they didn't realize and it has caused a massive scandal.

There are very real problems with the trans issue that need to be addressed and unfortunately the major trans activist movements are unwilling to debate honestly and instead refuse to debate while slandering their opponents as being bigoted.

I think you were implying bigotry in some of your responses towards anyone who doesn't agree with you also, and that's an underhanded cheap tactic.

If you want to know why there are no quality debates on YouTube between transactivists and critics, it's because the transactivist will not show up for debate. They prefer to lie and slander instead and the reason why is because their ideas are terrible and if the average person sees them in the light of day the loose support.


Nobody is willing to debate Kathleen Stock a person from the left with a PhD in philosophy but who is critical of a number of issues within the transactivist movement like transitioning children medically, affirmative care, trans people's access to women's spaces and the fact that she thinks they're misgendering people who are really just lesbians as trans people through affirmative care and terribly thought out therapy sessions. But you can't find anyone from the trans side to debate her because they would rather just lie about her positions instead and rely on soft headed liberal sympathies to get away with it.

Also, I think you might be wrong about your most of the so-called normal people statement as many polls show that the vast majority of people have a problem with men competing in women's sports.

In most places it doesn't matter if a trans person is trans or not and nobody should care, but it does matter for short lists for womens positions in gov and corporations. It matters for women's spaces and women's rights. It matters for funding set aside especially for women. It matters for rape shelters and regular shelters. It matters for prisons. It matters for insurance purposes and it matters for dating sites. That's just off the top of my head. I might have missed a couple important ones!!

You know very well that people who have suffered from gender dysphoria have received real therapy and been able to accept and live with their biological sex. The idea that society must affirm them or else the only result will be suicide is a lie.

No I'm not conservative just because I don't agree with you on one issue. How obnoxious.

I can be cismale, trans, intersex, gay, straight - literally any group can have input on laws affecting kids. Everybody cares about the welfare of kids.

In a lot of cases, licensed docs have been letting kids medically transition irresponsibly. That's the reason the Tavistock clinic closed down. There's a reason why the European nations that were previously all at the forefront of letting kids medically transition, have all reversed course.

As for sports, a lot of people care if they see INJUSTICE in sports. What a dumb argument. "You don't watch this sport that much so you have no right to have any opinions on it!" That's what you're arguing.

I don't watch baseball but if there's a huge doping scandal, I would be against it. What's right is right and what's wrong is wrong.

as a devout Christian I follow christian thought and movements with some interest. I would not be surprised at all to find right wing Christian groups using biblical cultural norms to justify not letting women file for divorce man..... it seems perfectly in line with that type of rigid literalist biblical thinking to me... "if women were not allowed to file for divorce in biblical times then its not God's will for women to be able to file for divorce: kind of thinking.

same with how pro slavery people used the fact that Jesus did not abolish slavery as a justification that slavery is by divine will.
