Well, that would pretty much be my evaluation of them all, just saying.

There are actually no parallels at all with the Buddha or Jesus and Joseph Smith. Authentic religouse traditions are began by sincere and honest people who have attained an extremely high degree of spiritual insight and transformation. Their transformation is measurable and repeatable/reproducible by the systems they generate. The means by which they go about that transformation maps with human psychology well enough that the change they offer can work reliably.

People like Joseph Smith are actually con men. Their transformation is non existent, their mystical.experinces are made up and are usually lies that didn't happen or else a phenomenon of mental illness and the means they offer others for transformation are not reliable and repeatable and do not lead to very high degrees of transformation that authentic religion does/can.

The question of whether or not there is a God is pretty much irrelevant to the discussion we are having. Authentic religouse leaders have authentic mystical experiences that are a function of the human brain, a function of transformation and change that is quite radical and good and this is what a person means when they say they have been touched by God. They have had an encounter with a force, you may think of it as an incredibly powerful psychological force if you like, but whatever name you call it it has really been experienced and the change it produces is stable and permanent and repeatable/reproducable.

Not so with people like Joseph Smith.

This is a population uniquely vulnerable to fads. Obviously they need to be protected from permanently maiming themselves.
Most of those "gender nonconforming" respondents are women who aren't content to be straight and cisgender because that is lame despite the fact that they are indeed straight and cisgender. I know of one such girl, her pronouns are they/them and she's always talking about how cute this or that woman is to constantly signal same sex attraction so you'd think she's some non-binary lesbian or something. But if you look at her dating history she has exclusively dated white dudes, about as vanilla as it gets. They won't even eat pussy to keep up the act, much less pay for an expensive GRS.

My somewhat unpopular view (among rightists) on this is that among teen girls, 80% of this stuff (nonbinary, agender, other made up nonsense) is harmless and is a result of them encountering hypersexualized gender roles in media. We often forget how traumatic maturing is for young people- girls go from carefree children to suddenly having boys looking at them- appraising them. Men are predatory, and "discovering the self" in this way, learning to feel vulnerable and self-conscious is very difficult, especially when womanhood is portrayed as- well, sexualized. So they wear baggy clothes and glasses and call themselves "they/them" - its because the feminine role that is out there as a model for these girls is quite frightening. It's maybe too grown up; too much too fast.

Not so with people like Joseph Smith.
There's been a misunderstanding. I was referring to contemporary would be prophets/mystics--Smith and L. R. Hubbard for example, not the formative characters of modern globally recognized religions--Jesus, Muhammed, et al.

Regarding your last paragraph, you're entitled to your opinion, of course. I don't wish to challenge your claims here. Speaking for myself, however, I feel it's a largely illusory experience but then I'm wary of all religious proselytizers. And then there's this,
Matthew 6:5-15
5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

You need to keep an eye on people who seem intent on displaying how righteous they are.

ok yeah that makes a lot more sense man.

prayer is definitely NOT a largely illusory experience though. no need for us to argue and i am not trying to pin you down in a hard lined way but there is enough research out there to definitively say that the states of consciousness people attain through prayer are different than normal states of consciousness and are VERY useful. we have the work of people like william james for a deep psychological analysis but also modern cognitive scientists measuring brain waves of people in various states of prayer and showing brain activity that never exists in any other group.

also keep in mind that i am using the word prayer as a category that includes repetitive prayers, mantras etc...... so that what it popularly called meditation is included under the umbrella of prayer because they all blend together and are just a spectrum.

your last sentence is correct but i think it has little to do with what we are talking about honestly other than just rightly demonstrating there are tons of frauds who exist in the religious world. it is also known that one can be highly mystical and able to enter various kinds of states of consciousness and not be a moral person and the opposite is also possible.

It's already happening in Germany, some people were protesting for their right to fuck animals. I'm not kidding, you can youtube it. Time for an asteroid.
Still more sane than the fucking wack jobs that think the Jan 6th protest was a literal coup. But yeah an asteroid is warranted at this point. Biden’s last few days in front of the teleprompter make it appear we are truly in a simulation.

Accept progress guys !!

It's kind of weird. I literally once stumbled into a drag show in a night spot in New Orleans (i say literally because I was hammered lol). What really amazed me is the level of ecstasy in the room from the audience. I mean, on the downstairs floor there was a live band and people doing their dancing and stuff, but the drag show audience was like in a trance. The entertainment was quite plain, just an ordinary person singing an ordinary song, but of course dressed up as a completely over the top version of a woman, and the audience was like in this frenzy. I remember saying the guy working the entranceway to the room about how much they're enjoying it in there and he was very much in the same way about it, basically saying "you're telling me!!!!"

I don't really know why the entertainment value of it is so high with someone dressing up as a woman, but a part of me thinks it goes beyond the music and the show, it gives the folks that are into this a feeling they are superior to everyone else by attending these.

Pretty huge escalation if true. If so, it emphasizes the importance of quickly disposing of Griswold, Lawrence and other such ridiculous precedents.

wow. I won't blame video games, but it's like kids are doing "create a character" with themselves IRL.

yeah farken hell.
I dont have a problem with these shows if there adults and all, go for your life
but not fucking all ages or in front of kids.

But hey, im the kinda guy that saw a bunch of kids dancing ot Billie Ellish's Bad guy and thought that was gross cause it talks about sleeping with the dad and stuff. Like...so fucking gross.

Weird yea they seem to like it there is a lot it’s especially weird dragging the kids to those

everything aside I've seen stranger shit at hen parties.
Yeah they believe they are girls so they are acting like girls. Fine if you don't think they're the real deal but they're just emulating pop culture. They're not actually singing the song, it's what's in vogue at the moment.

Every tweet is quoting the line “My p*ssy good, p*ssy sweet P*ssy good enough to eat...f*ck me all night” neglecting to mention it's coming from the music being played not them. I don't know who the singer is but it sounds like Cardi B. She sang Wet Ass Pussy.

Men are not doing what needs to be done to protect women and as a consequence the women are acting out in bizarre ways. The men need to start acting like men and stop exploiting them sexually. I am curious to know if Muslim women are having the same gender issues as western women.

lol at suggesting Muslim women have it better than western women.
