The episode I just watched a collector had the above toy in his collection. It was NRFB (Never Removed From Box).

The expert valued it at $5,000. My first car cost that much.

It was a good car. It survived 5 named typhoons (and one super-typhoon) when I was stationed on Guam. Ol' "Quiche Lorraine"... She served me well.

She travels the U.S. and checks out someone's toy/video game/pop culture collection and brings along a toy expert to appraise the collection. The episode I just watched a collector had the above toy in his collection. It was NRFB (Never Removed From Box).

The expert valued it at $5,000. My first car cost that much.

I had that as a kid.

I think I already got that X97 Jim Lee Cyclops. I thought there was an upcoming X97 2026 Cyclops.

I pre-ordered that Sunspot, but the head looks a bit homersexual. No idea what head could replace it.

Man, if that was closer to $850 or even $900 I would be super tempted. But at a grand I just can't justify it. Getting all of these off brand sets has really changed how I look at LEGO and their pricing.

A thousand god damn dollars and the back of it isn't finished nor is it flat/wall mountable. I saw people complaining that there's also a 'dlc' set that goes with it (TIE fighter? dunno).

EDIT: Also, apparently there are a bunch of stickers instead of screen-printing.

At this point finding any set that doesn't have stickers is like finding a unicorn.

The GWP is crap . Looks like a kids TIE fighter , like for 4 year old kids
