Wow! These look like they stepped right off the screen.

So after the initial rage of how completely stupid their use of the numbered bags was (by step 5 I had opened and used pieces from all 9 bags), and how it's making my hands look like I've been jerking off Smurfs (don't judege...), I am through the first 24 steps (104 in total not counting stickers) and can see how this is taking shape.

I honestly think it's going to end up looking really cool and so far all the build steps are producing a solid fig.

So, I finally finished this and won't go into too much detail, but this was an absolute goatfuck from the beginning until the end. Even some of the "good" techniques couldn't save this.

I do like how it looks, but I have no idea how I'm going to be able to display it since the leg joints are all very loose (and there are tons of places it can move) but there is things blocking it from a sitting pose (which would look stupid anyways).

The blades and the head were all single pieces.

Some of the decals cover more than one brick which is... odd. They are of good quality though and have a bit of a gloss to them.

The directions where a mess, and we already went over how big of a disaster the bag system was.

The torso twists which would be really great but it is too loose and just spins (which can be kind of funny ngl).

I'm pretty bummed out since Gipsy Danger is my favorite Jaeger and I was really looking forward to this one. Maybe I can do some rigging and get it to hold poses better.

Overall 2/10

(Took a picture of all the extra pieces it came with. I was certain I missed a step or 12 but I triple checked and did everything as directed).

Front view, ready to cut a Kaiju down.

It does look good, although I think the legs look a bit skinny ...but will stay away from it judging by your thoughts....I wonder what the reviews were like on Amazon etc ?

This might be the 1st set I ever just say fuck it and chuck in the trash. I'm super pissed right now.

Comes in 9 numbered bags which is awesome, except the numbers don't fucking matter at all. Just in the very first step I'm using pieces from 5 different bags. They may as well have just dumped them all into the box loose and put the instructions as, "Eat a bag of dicks loser. Figure it the fuck out"!

And what is this shit???

The color came off the pieces or the instructions?

I thought the same thing about the legs, but it is actually kind of movie accurate. Dude skipped leg day for sure.

Surprisingly enough, I left him standing on my table last night and have a fan going that was even rocking the bigger guys, and when I came downstairs this morning he was still standing. Maybe the joints aren't as loose as I had thought.

It was from the pieces. I've read that on these metallic looking pieces that this can be an issue. A few of the other ones I've built have felt a bit "greasy", like there is machine oil residue on them. Not a big issue for me, but it sucks that I can't snack and build at the same time lol.

I had already ordered Striker Eureka and it just showed up. Hopefully this one goes better.

So after my last Jaeger build was less than spectacular (I do think my rating was a little harsh since he's standing on its own really well, should update Gipsy to a 4/10), I was very skeptical when Striker Eureka showed up. Thankfully it was almost a 180 degree turn.

Funny enough, the bags were an even bigger goatfuck with some having the set number (which to be honest is a good idea) but nothing else. Luckily I was expecting issues and just opened up and sorted everything right from the start.

The shiny silver pieces still left a slight residue on my fingers.

Directions were good, but since the build was silver/grey/black I did have some issues with figuring out which was which. That's a me issue though.

Everything went together really well. I do have one or two spots I might end up gluing just to make sure there's no issues in the future.

Some of the joints feel a little loose, but I don't forsee any issues. Tons of articulation and he can be posed a bunch of ways. Torso twists again which I really like. Oddly enough the head is the most restricted.

Though I was missing a piece for the foot, but realized I had just used it in the wrong spot (Thankfully it was on the back and easy to switch out).

Only had 8 stickers and they were bigger ones. The colors don't pop quite as much as Gipsy, but the bronze/gold breaks things up nicely.

Striker's torso is much thicker than Gipsy's and the legs feel sturdier.

Love the double blades on each wrist.

This was everything (minus bag issue) that I had hoped for when I bought it.

Overall 8.75/10. Still had to take off for the bagging being so bad.

Not nearly as many extra pieces.

Can't help wonder if that bootleg Lego is safe for humans.

Hot Wheels fantasy cars that transform. The translated site suggests they were revealed at SDCC. Just two. Definitely looks better than G1 Bumblebee or GoBots.
