Social Toy Collectors Thread

ML Kaine and Chameleon arrived today.

And I sadly bought the kids Spiderman Lego comic for a Venom ( again) and a venomised Doc Octopus.

Yea , I've just seen a selection of photos of the releases .

Weapon X that I'm wasn't t fussed about is on a retro card which could tip it for me .

Missed Mystique being released but I will pick her up , especially as she is retro carded.

I'm not really into the retro card look, but I had to pop on the "Agent Venom" as I'm a fan of that character.

Lol , I know pretty nada about the character but like the retro card back. I wouldn't buy it at full price though .

I've got retro Jean Grey ordered too but the boots are annoying me somewhat, they're showing as green rather than yellow in the promo photos ...

One of my first tries upon arriving in Tokyo, I got lucky and got either Kamen Rider 01 or 02 small posed statue or Max VF-1J standing. I later saw some nerd type stores sell them. Came home with two Kikaider Hot Wheels, two Final Fantasy VIII keychains, a few Marvel super deformed keychains of Cap Am, few others.

X-Factor Jean boots should be yellow, I think. Now I gotta check if X-Factor Cyclops doesn't have yellow boots.

Watched the Marvel livestream. The Maximum Hulk they said has a new torso to enable the clap. What that means is the chest is soft plastic and compresses/flexes. I don't like the sound of that since it's probably easier to break or crack or crumble after a few years. I'll just stick with Gray Hulk from Banner two pack.

If they did tease MvC Psylocke and Juggernaut and someone else using fist effect piece, I probably will order the two.

Amazon has Super7 ReAction+ Wave 3 Cold Slither Zartan, winter Cobra Commander, cartoon midnight blue Snake Eyes, Wild Bill pre-orders up. I guess no exclusivity window anymore. I think the Snake Eyes has a different torso with one extra grenade on chest than comic version from earlier wave.

For the horror fans.

On sale at Amazon for $131.95 No idea how long it'll stay at that price, so get it while the getting is good.

@Batjester (I didn't forget you this time) @mb23100 and @Tone C and ALL of the other "Blockheads" I failed to mention.

Cheers me dears . I'm in a somewhat similar situation to Batjester regards disposable income this month. Payday Friday and the disposable money is pretty much allocated although I can move stuff about if something I REALLY want pops up.

I have a few days away in Cardiff the start of next month I have budgeted for ( Lego shop, comic shop, rugby match , nerd toy shop and wherever my wife wants to shop too.)

And 23rd May is London comic con with my eldest and I need to budget for that...plus if I don't spend everything in those places then I'll be online looking...

And June/July is 2 weeks in Corfu....

And where global markets have been in freefall somewhat I may be tempted to invest more in my ETFs.

That's just mean.

I'm fine with it....the shipping would probably screw me over and I'm not fussed by the set that much ...I didn't particularly enjoy the films either...great to look at but much too brief and didn't really catch the book I felt.
