So Mattel will get the DC license back in 2026.

Right now spin master has the rights and has a deal with McFarlane to handle the adult oriented lines. Mattel will get control of both in a year or so.

There is no info on what they will do and there will be no info in a while, people expect maybe at SDCC we will hear details about scale and other stuff.

No toys/ collectibles for me the last few days, picked up 12 Conan comics , there were 9 from one series that I had none of and 3 from another. Found out that the 9 were reprints of the earliest Marvel Conan the Barbarian comics , like issue 7, 9,10 so that's kind of a stroke of luck in some ways , they aren't the originals but have the same covers pretty much and story so can slot into that collection and maybe save me some money....

2 graphic novels, Heroes and a James Bond yesterday.

Today, 2 doctor who old novels.

Had these on pre-order for a good while and they finally came in. That Shingen figure has some real heft and an awesome battle axe. I think the Thunderbolt Vodka Mirror figure is just plain cool.

So no more McF Super Powers? I needed Shazam, Red Tornado, classic Darkseid. I see they have higher POA Superfriends, but no idea what scale and looks a bit wonky even though it's got maybe elbows and knees.

The ML cosplay Doc Doom helmet with hoodie pics made me think it wouldn't be bad for Destro. Looks quite good without the hoodie.

The Full Force podcast Toy Fair interview had Lenny say the huge S.N.A.K.E. Armor can fit Roadblock in the torso cockpit. I might need to buy this as it's the closest thing to a Gundam I can buy that fits a figure inside of it. Hope it isn't too expensive. Probably Pulse exclusive with expensive shipping.
 
No toys today ( although I have the ML Prowler figure coming for my birthday at some point).

Dunno if they were a thing for you colonials but had 10 Fighting Fantasy books arrive this morning.

It's one of the make a decision or roll a dice and flick to different pages and work through the book ...
 
Never heard of Fighting Fantasy... but did have books called Choose Your Own Adventure which sounds similar.
 
Not sure I want to pre-order ML MCU Daredevil. Head doesn't look right. Body looks like it'll fit into GIJ CS but not super muscly for comic hero. I guess there's a reason I don't buy many MCU figures.

Yea, it popped up on my feed and I wouldn't have normally bought it anyway as it's not a comic based figure but I looked anyway and was like you , head looks wrong and the body dimensions look a bit off .

I do like the billy club and wire though.
