Amazon seems very stingy these days. The Prime deals seem like stuff they can't get rid of so they give $4 off on Prime Days. Star Wars Black Series Forest Whittaker seems dirt cheap like $5 like they can't get rid of them.

Gave in and finally ordered a re-release of Retro cartoon Kingpin for around $31.99. First choice would have been white suit version like the BAF.

The Sersi Black Knight 2 pack seemed cheap, but I suspect Hasbro didn't fix the problem causing the Black Knight crotch/leg to break.

I want the Hulkbuster and The Cabal both from Marvel Legends. The Cabal went on sale (Doom, Taskmaster, and Norman Osborn Iron Patriot), but they yanked it off sale, QUICK. If it doesn't drop, then I'll wait until Christmas shopping season.

I looked at the Cabal but I'm not fussed by Iron Patriot, Doom I have two VHS boxed ones already that are nice . Taskmaster is really the only one I want from there and I won't pay that much to get him .

I did, but I had an emergency pop up, so I had to cancel. No worries though, I can wait.

Anyway, I also looked at the Black Knight figure but I'm not a fan of the jacket he wears , nor the thigh area , it looks wrong to my untutored eyes...

I did however spring for retro Legends Tarantula ( 2nd one ) I'll do as I often do if I get one cheap and keep one closed and open the other...

And Legends Wonderman . I'd prefer Simon in his original costume but the red safari jacket is okay and it's the right price for me to go for it even if it's not one that I would look at and instantly pay full price...

There was other stuff I looked at but just dropped about $110 on walking boots so I thought I'd behave.

I don't dislike it but I wouldn't pay full price for it, unlike him in the original costume, or like Kang, Retro Kingpin ( hurry up end of the month) , Titania or Beyonder that I pre-ordered at full price.

Question that's semi-relevent to the topic: does anybody know good eBay alternatives? I'm prepping a bunch of stuff for sale (including my Might Max sets) and just went to list something and apparently average joes can no longer sell stuff. My account is more than 20 years old and I've sold multiple items in the past, but there is a new 1-item and $10 limit per-month for 'new sellers.' Which is horseshit. Anybody can buy, but they've now made it so only businesses can sell.

Craigslist appears to be largely dead and I hate Facebook, but even if I hold my nose and list on FBM I live in a rural area of New England so the market here is deep as a puddle. Basically, I need ebay without the new ebay restrictions.

I use depop and Poshmark (possibly just Canadian I’m not sure). There’s Etsy, but hear they’re getting worse and worse for the cut they take.

Got this Troll the other day at a vintage shop. I have a few trolls but none with the bejewled belly (I even have one with tits). So I grabbed this lil dude. Wanted to die when she told me it was $15, bought it anyways because I really like it.

Poshmark is pretty much worse than depop in almost every way (especially now that depop has an “Make Offer” option too), but poshmark is probably the better app for selling non clothing items
