Firstly, you can not make the argument that because he did not KO Diaz - something no one has ever done with the hands - that Conor's power does not translate....that's like saying Tank Abbott did not have power because he could not KO Cabbage in their first fight. You might want to check my posting history in other Conor threads. I just got done tearing him a new one. You want me to fit in a nice little Connie fan boy box but not everyone that thinks 'touch butt' Conor was a unique and gifted talent approves of everything he does or thinks he walks on water. You think one can simply luck their way into being a champ champ in the modern UFC. I do not.

Cerrone was essentially DQ'ed by Tony after getting an eye poke, beat three legit LW fighters prior, and took a KO loss to Gaethje (essentially one legit loss in past 5 fights), while Conor was coming off a May and Khabib loss and years of inactivity between. You are engaging in revisionist history and conflating this current Cerrone on a 6 fight streak skid with the one Conor fought. Would love to see your history and who you picked for that fight, as it sounds like you had it figured out and knew Conor as going to in?
