Tony turned down Michael johnson before Max/Dustin.

except khabib did turn down tony. Khabib was offered tony when tony fought kevin. Khabib said he wasnt ready to fight and wanted to wait until decemeber. Thats his perogative but he did in fact turn down a fight with tony.

He beat Lee for the interim when there was an inactive champion for the paper belt.

Khabib beat Al for undisputed because of the same inactive champ.

So the Khabib win is somehow valued greater because of why exactly?
 
Who gives a fuck about Michael Johnson? He has no business in a discussion of LW contenders.

Tony refused to fight for a belt he already won and was unjustly stripped of (for which he recovered and fought on the same fucking card as the next title fight).

Interim belts are a bad joke. Tony deserves a title shot or a big money fight. What he chose to do may not have been his best move financially but it isn't hard to understand his position.

Khabib did turned down both fights tho, aldo and Kevin Lee. You khabib fans are straight up delusional.

That Interim belt is his anyways, why the hell does he have to fight for it to get it the strap again. Khabib is going to be out longer than Tony but why is he not strip.

Let's be fair.. they were trying to pay tony less money and it wasn't gonna be for a belt. Why would he take it ?

because this fight was scheduled for the undisputed title and all other belts were to be removed after that fight. that was made clear by dana white, but its no one faults that tony missed the title shot granted by his interim title.

Get your fact straight. They wanted him to take like half the money offered fro his CONTRACT to fight Johnson.

He wasn't going to take a pay cut for Khabib's stupid mistake.

Khabib turned down fights by not being professional and missing weight. That is way worse.

Now getting purposely suspended to avoid fighting tony, so essentially ducking Tony

khabib was never offered kevin lee in his life. jose aldo is 170cm with no cardio. lol he wouldnt last 3 rounds with khabib. max halloway beat him on the ground.

they offered him aldo for the title he said no i wanted tony for the title and he was booked against tony. so either tony is an easier fight than aldo or a 170cm fw who gasses out striking for 2 rounds is a tougher fight for khabib? thats what i thought...
